THE JOB:
This position will provide guest assistance during the enrollment process for BetMGM, the online sports betting app for MGM Resorts.
THE STARTING RATE:
- $18/hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide guests with BetMGM information and solicit new members.

Enroll and input guest information into the BetMGM System.

Verify and ID guests to ensure new members are of the legal gaming age. Research and evaluate guest accounts using the BetMGM system and /or other software programs.

Complete all necessary paperwork neatly and accurately.

Protect the confidentiality of Company documents and files under immediate control.

Greet guests, answer questions and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries.

Answer basic property questions, including information regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment for the guests.

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.

Availability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
