Position Title: Best Practices Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
What You Will Do
- Lead high-impact discussions with CEOs and senior leaders to reveal best practices and growth strategies
- Build rapport and guide conversations to extract meaningful insights
- Leverage AI tools and industry knowledge to transform discussion notes and research into clear, structured write-ups that reflect both data and story
- Collaborate with analysts to validate findings and ensure accuracy
- Represent Frost & Sullivan professionally in all client interactions
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Outgoing demeanor: Charismatic and warm in tone; comfortable leading conversations with executives
- Curiosity: A journalistic instinct to uncover meaning behind the facts; naturally driven to probe deeper and seek the “story behind the story”
- Exceptional communication skills: The ability to ask probing questions and adapt in real-time during discussions
- Open-mindedness and adaptability: Comfortable with change
- Storytelling capabilities: Turn insights into compelling narratives
- BA/BS degree (required): Experience in journalism, interviewing, consulting, or client-facing roles preferred
- English Fluency: spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Familiarity with AI tools for content generation is a plus
