Qualification• B.Tech / Diploma / ITI in Electrical or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably inverter, battery, solar, or electrical products)
• Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution
• Good knowledge of territory management and market expansion
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work in a field sales environment
Other Requirements• Must own a two-wheeler
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively
