Responsibility for supporting the preparation and administration of RFQs/RFPs for BESS technology procurement, including battery systems, PCS, EMS and SCADA.

Coordination of commercial and contractual bid evaluations from BESS integrators and technology suppliers.

Participation in supplier clarifications, negotiations and alignment of technical-commercial requirements.

Support in the development and review of supply agreements, framework agreements, LTSA and other contracts related to BESS projects.

Management of contractual documentation, correspondence, change orders, amendments and claims throughout the project lifecycle.

Monitoring of supplier obligations, contractual milestones, payment schedules, delivery timelines and performance guarantees.

Tracking of warranty conditions, availability guarantees, degradation commitments and liquidated damages provisions related to BESS technology.

Maintenance of contract registers, reporting tools and document control systems.

Coordination with engineering, procurement, project management and legal teams on contractual matters related to BESS systems.

Support in evaluating the commercial impact of design changes, delays, variations and technical deviations.

Support in dispute avoidance and resolution through structured contract administration and stakeholder coordination.


Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management within EPC, energy, renewable energy, technology supply or industrial infrastructure projects.

Experience in supplier, subcontractor and client contract administration.

Knowledge of EPC contracts and supply agreements.

Familiarity with project scheduling, procurement processes and construction activities.

Understanding of commercial risk management principles.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong teamwork, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work effectively in an international and multidisciplinary environment.

Nice to have

Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems, power generation, substations or other utility-scale energy projects.

Good understanding of BESS technology and utility-scale energy projects.

Additional qualifications in Contract Management or Commercial Management.

Spanish or Chinese language skills.
