Your role:
- Act as liaison between service center and rewards services, while managing escalated employee cases through ServiceNow, Health Advocate, Alight, and other vendors, ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, you will administer the Businessolver benefits platform, including enrollment oversight, eligibility management, carrier billing, dependent verification, and content updates.
- Support the annual Open Enrollment process, including system testing, communications, and complex employee inquiries. You will facilitate benefits program administration such as life events, benefit appeals, retiree claims, scholarship programs, and employee perks. Also, coordinate with internal partners and external vendors to support benefits operations and onsite employee events.
- Maintain benefits communication & content through the People Portal, support/coordinate email campaigns, and home mailers, contribute to benefits projects, and conduct benefit training and orientations. You will support regulatory and compliance activities including annual notices, PCORI fees, and Form 5500 coordination, in addition to coordinating periodic audits and conduct plan reconciliations to monitor service provider performance and ensure operational excellence.
- You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's (preferred), OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Human Resources, Organizational Transformation, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization, Recruiting or equivalent.
- Your skills include benefits administration, HR operations, or HR systems, with experience working with HRIS or benefits platforms and managing vendor relationships is preferred.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Organization Development or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and persuasive with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support escalated employee issues with professionalism.
