Job Overview:
We're looking for a Benefits Manager, North America who's fired up about building a scalable, tech‑enabled, outstanding benefits model spanning the US, Canada, and Mexico. Someone who thrives at the intersection of expertise, innovation, and operational excellence.
You'll own end-to-end benefits operations across the US, Canada, and Mexico, combining deep subject matter expertise with a focus on simplification, automation, and long-term sustainability. Working across People, Finance, and external partners, you'll ensure our model operates seamlessly and scales with confidence.
The world of benefits is transforming fast - automation is taking care of the routine, leaving space for the work that truly matters: complex, strategic, high‑impact problem‑solving that elevates the employee experience across an entire region.
Here is an opportunity for you to own it.
If you're ready to shape the future of benefits at scale, Arm wants you.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the operating model for benefits delivery across North America, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and fit for future growth.
  • Lead annual enrollment, driving accuracy, automation, and a seamless experience for our people.
  • Design and optimize a high-performing vendor ecosystem, ensuring clear accountability, strong performance, and effective integration across partners.
  • Build and maintain robust compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to US regulatory requirements (ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA) while reducing manual intervention and risk.
  • Resolve complex or high-risk issues, while identifying root causes and driving systemic improvements to reduce recurrence.
  • Act as a trusted expert across functions, influencing decisions across Payroll, Finance, and People.
  • Root out inefficiencies, by finding opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale benefits operations.
  • Support M&A activity and major change initiatives, ensuring effective integration of plans, vendors, and processes.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Deep expertise in US benefits operations, including self-funded health plans and retirement programs.
  • Solid understanding of US regulatory environment (ERISA, COBRA, IRS, DOL, ACA, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and benefit technology platforms.
  • Track record of owning end-to-end operations, including annual enrollment and audits.
  • Ability to operate as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Experience supporting or leading benefits workstreams in M&A is a plus.
  • Designation such as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred.
