REPORTS TO: Director of Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold truth and integrity.
- Maintain the company's image for success.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of benefit documents.
- Respond to team member requests promptly and communicate benefit options clearly.
- Notify eligible team members and approve benefit elections; process benefit changes/additions accurately.
- Handle team member information for lost coverage.
- Administer FMLA program.
- Assist in Making a Difference (MAD) Program.
Qualifications:
- Previous benefits administration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
