Corteva Agriscience has an opportunity available for a Benefits Analyst.
The Benefits Analyst plays a key supporting role in the day-to-day administration of the company’s benefits programs. This position focuses on operational excellence, including invoice processing, managing inquiries through ticketing systems, and assisting with vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and eager to grow within a benefits function while supporting team priorities and enhancing the employee experience.
Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!
- Manage and reconcile benefits-related invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payment in partnership with finance.
- Monitor and respond to employee inquiries through the benefits ticketing system, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality resolution.
- Triage and escalate complex benefits issues to senior team members as needed.
- Provide day-to-day support for benefits administration, including leaves, enrollments, life events, and eligibility updates.
- Assist with vendor coordination, including tracking issues, follow-ups, and supporting service delivery improvements.
- Support audits, reporting, and documentation for compliance and internal controls.
- Maintain and update benefits documentation, guides, and internal resources.
- Partner with team members on ongoing initiatives, open enrollment preparation, and process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, enhance service delivery, and reduce manual effort.
Education and Experience – What you'll bring to the table!
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Relevant benefits or HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, or a related administrative role.
- Experience with benefits administration, HR systems, or ticketing platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., data tracking, reconciliations, basic formulas, and reporting).
- Customer-service mindset with strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
