We deliver high-quality HR services across global locations, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Benefit Analyst to support our global benefits. This role focuses on benefit questions, reporting, and managing purchase orders and reconciliation, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly benefits reports and provide accurate changes in-life (e.g., enrollments, modifications, disenrollments).
- Support audits and annual open enrollment testing
- Liaise with benefit vendors and manage related invoices.
- Respond to benefits queries via ServiceNow and act as an advisor to our employees.
- Contribute to projects such as open enrollment and vendor implementations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in Benefit Operations, ideally with ServiceNow and Workday (or similar systems).
- Benefits Knowledge: Familiarity with insured benefits (medical, dental, pensions) and invoice processing; UK/European experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation); PowerPoint basics.
- Language: Fluent English (B2-C1); a second language is a bonus.
- Personal Traits: Organised, inquisitive, tenacious, and employee-focused with strong communication skills.
