With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women’s Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.
The Benefits Analyst supports the development, administration, and management of employee benefits programs/policies across the organization.
- Administers and manages assigned employee benefit plans/programs.
- Answers employee questions, coordinates leaves and accommodation processes with employee and manager and resolves problems that arise regarding employee benefits.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to FMLA, ADAA and group disability programs.
- Works with Leave of Absence vendor to ensure compliance and processes/policies are adhered to.
- Supports annual Open Enrollment as needed including communication efforts, answering employee questions, presentations and post Open Enrollment auditing.
- Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ benefits experience required.
- Experience working with HRIS systems required; Paycom a plus.
- Experience managing third party vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written skills; strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service focus and aptitude.
- Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
