The Benefits Analyst supports the development, administration, and management of employee benefits programs/policies across the organization.
 

  • Administers and manages assigned employee benefit plans/programs.
  • Answers employee questions, coordinates leaves and accommodation processes with employee and manager and resolves problems that arise regarding employee benefits.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures as it relates to FMLA, ADAA and group disability programs.
  • Works with Leave of Absence vendor to ensure compliance and processes/policies are adhered to.
  • Supports annual Open Enrollment as needed including communication efforts, answering employee questions, presentations and post Open Enrollment auditing.
  • Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ benefits experience required.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems required; Paycom a plus.
  • Experience managing third party vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer service focus and aptitude.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
