Position Summary
The Benefits Team at Colorado State University supports employees University-wide with health, retirement and wellbeing benefits. The Benefits Analyst is a temporary position that will be responsible for the administration, education, reporting, and compliance of employee benefits programs. This role ensures benefits programs comply with regulatory requirements while driving efficient service delivery and enhancing employee well-being through effective benefits strategies and participant engagement.
At this time, this position will have a hybrid work model and a flexible rotation among the benefits team within the on-site office when not working remotely to achieve service excellence of our faculty and staff. This position is expected to continue through an anticipated end date of August 30, 2026.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Intermediate or higher proficiency with Microsoft office and other professional computer systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Availability to start quickly
- Previous benefits knowledge and experience
- Customer service experience
