We are seeking a dedicated Eligibility Clerk (COBRA) to join our Accounting and Eligibility team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring eligible individuals receive timely and accurate COBRA benefits information.

What you'll be doing...
  • Responding to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers
  • Processing COBRA election forms, enrollment forms and payments
  • Preparing refund paperwork for participants
  • Preparing contracts for digital imaging
