What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire a site team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building customer relationships, and executing local business strategies

  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent

  • Ensure operational controls and processes are followed to minimize risk and protect company assets

  • Champion safety, health, and security standards for employees and customers

  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement

  • Serve as a professional ambassador for BENCO Equipment and APH in the community

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree in automotive or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in the automotive service and/or shop equipment industry preferred

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working with employees, customers, and suppliers

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
