Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients/vendors to expand the company’s service offerings and capabilities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless resource deployment and vendor collaboration.
Responsibilities
Manage the bench sales process by identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and matching bench candidates accordingly.
Build and maintain a robust Client/vendor network through effective empanelment strategies and regular engagement in USA and Australia regions.
Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and sales teams to forecast bench resource availability and align with business needs.
Track and report bench utilization metrics, vendor performance, and sales pipeline progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations related to vendor management and bench sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in bench sales, vendor management, or related roles within the IT services sector.
Good understanding of IT staffing, resource management, and vendor empanelment processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting business relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management software is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
