**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN**
Assignment of Functions and Responsibilities:
- General metal fabrication techniques such as washing, grinding, sanding, drilling, and deburring to specification and all tools involved
- Basic knowledge of various metal types and the appropriate abrasives used to achieve required finishes
- Ability to maintain proper ergonomics preventing injury
- Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications
- Measuring with tape measure and/or micrometers and calipers
- Identify non-conformances during inspection of component parts and properly document such non-conformances
- Notifying supervisor when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operations
- Responsible for recording accurate job labor using electronic tracking
- Maintain clean equipment/tools and work area
- Follow established safety procedures and use required PPE
- Achieve Crane/Hoist training (internal certification)
- Perform all other jobs as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months of metal fabrication, heavy assembly, or similar experience
- Follow detailed verbal and written instruction while working independently
- Attention to detail and part preservation through careful handling and movement
- Push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and grasp as necessary
- Lift 50 lbs. without assistance
Skills Required
- At least 6 months of metal fabrication, heavy assembly, or similar experience
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions while working independently
- Strong attention to detail and careful part preservation during handling and movement
- Ability to push, pull, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and grasp as necessary
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
