Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties
Successfully implement BambooHR’s BenAdmin Add-on for new or existing customers, this will include partnering and collaborating with HRIS and Payroll Project Managers with new customers that have BenAdmin.
You will:
- Subject Matter Expert for Benefits Administration
- Partnering with project managers to provide benefits administration at the right time in the onboarding process
- Maintain an understanding of coming changes to ben admin functionality
- Coordinate successful handoffs with Payroll Onboarding
- Hold trainings with new benefits administration users
- Collaborate with customer’s benefits administrators and brokers for a smooth benefits administration onboarding experience
- 100% data importing accuracy
- Partner with project managers to ensure a successful handoff to the benefits administration implementation
- Assist in gathering and preparing information for carrier connections
- Take ownership of escalations and resolutions
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Experience in Benefits Administration & Customer Onboarding
- Proven project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Physical requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
