MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
- Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
JOB DUTIES
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal items.
- Escort guests to rooms, provide property information, and explain amenities.
- Deliver luggage, packages, and other guest items promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, entryways, and bell storage areas.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
