The Behavioral Health Project Manager leads and coordinates the implementation of behavioral health provider networks to meet client-specific geographic access, regulatory, and operational requirements. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor network implementation projects, ensuring timely completion, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages project plans and documentation, mitigates risks, and drives effective communication to support successful network development and ongoing operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate behavioral health network implementations to meet client, regulatory, and network adequacy requirements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to facilitate and support network implementation activities or other duties as assigned
- Monitor network adequacy, project milestones, and network readiness
- Analyze data, track progress, and communicate risks, issues, and network changes to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, reports, and documentation using project management and tracking tools
- Support process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency, compliance, and overall project outcomes
- Contribute to a team environment that is compassionate, supportive, inclusive and goal driven

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading complex projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in Medicaid, Medicare and Commercial products
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational results
- Demonstrated solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) and experience in Agile environments

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
