If you're looking for more than a job and want the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of youth, this may be exactly what you've been looking for.

Why This Job Matters

Many of the young people we serve have experienced trauma, adversity, instability, and challenges that no child should have to face alone.

They need adults who can provide:

  • Consistency
  • Accountability
  • Encouragement
  • Structure
  • Hope

As a Behavior Technician, you'll become part of a team that helps youth develop healthier behaviors, stronger coping skills, emotional regulation, and the confidence to succeed both inside and outside of treatment.

  • Support individualized treatment goals and behavior plans

  • Respond calmly and professionally during moments of crisis
  • Partner with therapists, nurses, educators, and leadership teams to support youth success
  • Reinforce positive behaviors and celebrate growth milestones
  • Help young people develop the confidence and resilience needed for long-term success

The Anderson Difference

At Anderson Health Services, we believe that young people are more than their diagnoses, behaviors, or past experiences.

We believe every youth deserves:

  • Love
  • Care
  • Kindness
  • Compassion

You'll be part of a team that leads with heart while maintaining the structure, consistency, and accountability necessary to help youth succeed. Our person-centered, trauma-informed approach focuses on strengths, not labels, and creates opportunities for healing, growth, and long-term success.

The Impact You'll Make

For some youth, you may be the first adult who:

  • Truly listens
  • Refuses to give up on them
  • Teaches them healthy ways to manage emotions
  • Helps them build confidence
  • Shows them they are capable of more than they believed
  • Helps them see a future worth working toward

Years from now, they may not remember every rule, every schedule, or every conversation.

But they'll remember the person who believed in them when they needed it most.
