Behavior Specialist - $3,000 Retention Bonus Offered*

Greystone Programs is seeking a Behavior Specialist who is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and committed to improving the lives of people with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You'll Do
- Serve as the clinical leader supporting residential teams by coaching staff, developing behavior analytic interventions, and helping transform our programs into highly therapeutic environments.
- Conduct ABA-based functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and observations in home and community settings.
- Develop, write, and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans grounded in ABA methodology and positive, least-restrictive approaches.
- Apply ABA techniques, including reinforcement strategies, discrete trial training, and antecedent-based interventions, to reduce challenging behaviors and build adaptive skills.
- Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data using ABA data collection methods to identify trends and refine treatment strategies.
- Train and mentor direct support staff on ABA principles and Behavior Support Plan implementation.
- Write and review semi-annual/quarterly psychological reviews and behavioral assessments.
- Serve as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Team, collaborating with families, psychiatric/psychological consultants, and internal committees.
- Ensure all interventions comply with OPWDD regulations.
- Provide crisis intervention support.

What we seek:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Applied Behavior Analysis + 1 year of supervised experience in a residential/community setting with individuals with I/DD; OR Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of related behavioral management experience with individuals with I/DD and;
- Demonstrated competency implementing evidence-based ABA interventions required.
- Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and writing Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Working knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and best practices in the I/DD field.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record systems.
- Valid driver's license.
Skills Required
