ResponsibilitiesRun and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
And of course… pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
- Must be certified as a BCBA.
- At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Skills Required
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum
