Level 2 support, basic telecommunications networks, switch, routers, access point, etc.
Keep environment documentation always updated (topology, procedures, addressing software);
Ability to deal with regional or global clients (generally Spanish language);
Basic technical troubleshooting;
Equipment configuration backup routine (managed via software).
Assist in basic activities in environment administration (TACACS, VPN, IP Management configurations).
