What you will bring to the team
The intern will assist in the administrative follow-up of inventory, financial support, documentation and ongoing projects of our clients.
What you will be doing:
Responsibilities:
- Tracking and managing inventory series changes in accordance with the business operation.
- Support to the quotation management process for our customers.
- Creation and closing of quotation reports.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
Student of the last semesters of Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Knowledge preferably in project analysis
Focused on meeting objectives and following processes and procedures.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling and grammar).
Intermediate English (written and spoken)
Preferred Skills:
Good Office skills: -Excel (Pivot, financial formulas, etc.), Word, Power Point.
