The Role

Job Purpose:

El departamento de Marketing Digital se enfoca en optimizar la estrategia de marketing a través de canales digitales para maximizar el impacto en la atención y tratamiento de los pacientes, incorporando tecnologías emergentes que mejoren la eficiencia y la experiencia del cliente

In this role, you will...

  • Competencias en Gestión y Análisis de Medios Digitales: Aprender a gestionar y analizar el rendimiento de las campañas en diversos canales digitales como redes sociales, webinars y correo electrónico, correlacionando estas tareas con los conocimientos adquiridos en el Programa CITIUS sobre adaptación y análisis en entornos profesionales.
  • Desarrollo de Estrategias y materiales de Marketing Digital: Participación en la conceptualización y despliegue de nuevas iniciativas de marketing digital, aplicando metodologías aprendidas en el marco del Programa CITIUS para fomentar la innovación y creatividad.
  • Evaluación y Optimización de Campañas Digitales: Aplicar técnicas de medición y evaluación de eficacia en campañas digitales centrada en la experiencia del cliente (CX) para asegurar que cada punto de contacto digital aporte valor y mejore la satisfacción del usuario, un reflejo directo de las habilidades analíticas promovidas por el Programa CITIUS.
  • Exploración de IA Generativa: Oportunidad de aprender y aplicar herramientas básicas de IA generativa para apoyar tareas como creación de contenidos, mejora de procesos o análisis.

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Grado en Marketing, ADE o Ciencias de la Información
  • Nivel C1 de inglés.
  • Conocimiento medio del paquete Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Excel (gestión de datos, reporting y presentaciones).

Preferred Requirements:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

  • Máster en Marketing Digital
  • Experiencia previa en entornos digitales y/o de marketing.
  • Valorable experiencia en la gestión y optimización de campañas email, webinars y páginas web.  
  • Conocimientos básicos sobre herramientas de IA generativa (como asistentes de texto, generación de imágenes o análisis asistido).

  • 8h. diarias en Jornada completa

  • Telepráctica semi-presencial

  • Beca de 1 año de duración

  • 25 días de vacaciones durante todo el año
