Que cosas aprenderás a hacer y en que colaborarás:
- Ayudar en la creación y producción de contenidos audiovisuales destinados a la comunicación de la compañía.
- Apoyar en la gestión de las redes sociales corporativas, incluyendo la creación de contenido, programación de publicaciones y monitoreo de métricas.
- Colaborar con el equipo de comunicación en el desarrollo de campañas con asociaciones de pacientes y estrategias de comunicación.
- Participar en la organización y cobertura de eventos corporativos.
- Asistir en tareas administrativas relacionadas con el departamento de comunicación.
Tu desarrollo será:
0-3 meses:
- Conocer la empresa, la organización y los productos con los que cuenta la compañía.
- Procesos burocráticos y administrativos (materiales, proyectos, etc.).
- Procedimientos operativos internos y directivas que se aplican al departamento.
- Revisar y entender el plan anual de Corporate Affairs.
3-6 meses:
- Ser capaz de preparar contenido de comunicación.
- Asistir a las reuniones internas, así como a las reuniones con las agencias con las que se trabaja en Corporate Affairs.
- Alta comprensión de la comunicación en el sector farmacéutico y de las interacciones entre departamentos.
- Obtener una visión global de la empresa y de las actividades de Corporate Affairs: entender el porqué de las cosas.
6-12 meses:
- Participar y colaborar en el desarrollo del plan anual de Corporate Affairs.
- Ser capaz de liderar algún pequeño proyecto.
¿Qué habrás aprendido tras esta beca?
Una vez completado el periodo de prácticas, habrás conseguido una importante experiencia y conocimiento de las diferentes actividades que se llevan a cabo en el área, y así mismo, podrás desarrollar una visión global de la compañía y de la industria gracias a la oportunidad de interaccionar diariamente con otros departamentos y funciones dentro de la organización.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?
- Recién graduado o estudiante de máster en Comunicación Audiovisual, Periodismo, Relaciones Públicas, o un campo relacionado.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de herramientas de edición de video y diseño gráfico.
- Familiaridad con las principales plataformas de redes sociales (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
- Alta motivación y proactividad.
- Nivel fluido de inglés e informática (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc).

On-site Protocol
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
