What do we do?:
We assemble and test AIRBUS Helicopters rear fuselages, and develop FAL/Pre-FAL concept on governmental Programs.
We analyze and solve production issues, preventing assembly line impacts and erradicating recurrency. 🩹
We are in permanent contact with the shopfloor and operators, who work hand in hand with our helicopters.
We constantly provide data-driven improvement solutions to the shopfloor. 💻
What will your day look like?:
You will help with the running of daily operations, integrated in the Manufacturing Engineering team.
You will support our industrialization process, bridging design data to manufacturing, and collaborating with the design office to influence product architecture.
You will ensure efficient workflow and accurate execution, by producing robust documentation and supporting change management in production.
You will be applying continuous improvement to meet Industrial Excellence goals. 🎯
Your Boarding Pass:
Aerospace/Industrial engineering profile. 🔧
Ability to apply a Digital approach to an Industrial environment.
Curious and rigorous, enthusiastic and constant. Plus, a great team player.
Diverse academic and non-academic background.
Programming and project management skills would be a strong asset.
Effective communication in Spanish and English is required (French/German as a plus).
