Role Summary
As our SDR focused on the US market, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects—driving top-of-funnel engagement and qualifying leads for our AEs. You’ll work closely with the Sales and GTM team to develop targeted outbound strategies, craft compelling messaging, and set up high-quality meetings.
This is a high-impact, career-launching role with a clear path to AE or Partner Sales within 12–18 months.
🔧 What You’ll Do- Drive outbound outreach via cold email, LinkedIn, and voice to generate meetings with key decision-makers (Heads of Product, GTM, Enablement, Ops, Customer Success, and Digital Experience)
- Use tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Loom to run intelligent outbound campaigns
- Identify ideal accounts and prospects based on Beacon’s ICP and previous customer success
- Experiment with and optimize messaging across personas and verticals
- Qualify leads via short discovery calls before handing over to the AE team
- Maintain clean records and track progress in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns and content
- Stay updated on trends in the DAP, productivity, and GTM enablement space

- Experience selling or prospecting into Product, Enablement, GTM, or Ops teams
- A track record of hitting outreach/meeting targets with high email response rates
- Strong written communication skills and a love for testing outbound copy
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, etc.)
- Grit, curiosity, and hunger to grow in a fast-paced startup environment
- Flexibility to work during US hours (ET or PT overlap required)
