Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy
- Define and maintain solution architectures, application landscapes, and technology roadmaps aligned with business and enterprise strategy.
- Act as the primary architectural authority and point of contact for solution design and technical decision-making.
- Design scalable, secure, and supportable solutions across cloud, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.
- Assess technology risks, technical debt, lifecycle requirements, and modernization opportunities.
Solution Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical and effective technology solutions.
- Support transformational programs and projects from design through deployment and Service Introduction.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, simplification, and innovation across products and business processes.
- Ensure solution designs support operational excellence, maintainability, and long-term business value.
Integration, Security & Governance
- Define integration approaches, APIs, data flows, and dependencies across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, identity management requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps teams to deliver compliant and resilient solutions.
- Maintain architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, standards, roadmaps, and architecture decision records.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, Product Owners, Project Managers, and technical teams.
- Influence architectural decisions across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment toward common outcomes.
- Manage architectural aspects of vendor-delivered solutions and ensure adherence to agreed standards and quality expectations.
- Participate in Communities of Practice and contribute to architecture best practices and technology standards.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong IT background with experience in Solution Architecture, Application Development, or Enterprise Applications.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple technologies and business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience working within Agile, DevOps, and project delivery environments.
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
Preferred
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), SaaS solutions, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- ITIL, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, PMI/PMP experience.
