Job Description:

We are seeking a BDS Product Architect Lead to act as the design authority for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) and Trinity Finance within the Product team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping product architecture, driving innovation, and ensuring consistency across finance-related solutions and services globally.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with Product Owners, Enterprise Technology, and global functional teams to deliver scalable, future-ready finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design Authority & Governance

  • Act as the design authority for SCF & Trinity Finance products and services
  • Assess impacts and approve initiatives related to product architecture and design
  • Ensure alignment with global standards, governance, and mandated processes

Experience & Expertise

  • Strong experience in Product Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture
  • Deep understanding of Finance domains, ideally Supply Chain Finance
  • Proven track record in global, complex transformation programs
  • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams

Technical Capabilities

  • Expertise in system architecture, integration, and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP ecosystems such as SAP is highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of automation, emerging technologies, and digital transformation trends

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Ability to influence and act as a design authority at a global level
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capability
  • Ability to balance governance with innovation
