About the Company
Our client is an innovative U.S.-based LegalTech company helping individuals and couples navigate important legal and financial decisions through technology and access to qualified professionals.
By combining AI-powered solutions, personalized guidance, and a network of legal and financial experts, the company makes traditionally complex services more accessible and efficient.
As the business continues to grow, it is expanding its network of qualified attorneys and strengthening its business development and sales operations capabilities.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy BDR / Sales Operations Specialist who combines hands-on outbound prospecting, CRM management, and sales automation.
This is not a traditional BDR position. You will take ownership of the attorney acquisition pipeline, from identifying and engaging prospective attorneys to scheduling qualified meetings, managing follow-ups, and improving sales workflows.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable communicating with prospects, analyzing pipeline performance, and using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
Why This Opportunity?

  • Own a key part of a growing LegalTech company's attorney acquisition strategy.
  • Combine business development, sales operations, CRM management, and AI automation.
  • Work directly with a U.S.-based commercial team.
  • Build and optimize processes with measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Attorney Acquisition
  • Execute outbound prospecting through Indeed, PosseList, cold email, LinkedIn, referrals, and existing lead databases.
  • Engage prospective attorneys, manage follow-ups, and re-engage unresponsive leads.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive.
  • Reschedule missed meetings and ensure prospects advance through the acquisition funnel.
  • Coordinate attorney screening, vetting, and onboarding activities.
  • Support ongoing attorney relationship management as needed.
Sales Operations & CRM Management
  • Manage and maintain the CRM pipeline using GoHighLevel (GHL), HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ensure every lead has an accurate status, assigned owner, and clearly defined next action.
  • Monitor lead volume, outreach activity, booking conversions, and meeting show rates.
  • Identify stalled opportunities, missed follow-ups, and sales funnel bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and clear pipeline visibility for the commercial team.
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Build and optimize sales workflows using CRM automation and AI tools.
  • Leverage AI for prospect research, outreach, lead management, and follow-up.
  • Work with tools such as Instantly, Clay, n8n, GHL, or comparable platforms.
  • Reduce repetitive manual tasks and improve response, booking, and show rates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of the acquisition process.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in BDR, SDR, outbound business development, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Proven experience executing outbound prospecting and managing lead follow-up.
  • Experience managing CRM pipelines using GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to track sales metrics, identify funnel bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and sales technology in daily workflows.
  • Experience creating or managing basic CRM workflows and automations.
  • Strong professional English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, persistence, and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads and priorities.
  • Availability to work Monday–Friday during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Experience with Instantly, Clay, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
  • Experience building AI-powered prospecting or sales workflows.
  • Background in LegalTech, professional services, or B2B sales.
  • Experience coordinating professional screening, vetting, or onboarding.
How Success Is Measured
Within the first 30 days, the primary performance target is:
15 qualified attorney meetings per week for the Account Executive.
Additional success indicators include:
  • Consistent outbound activity and timely prospect follow-up.
  • Accurate CRM records and clear pipeline visibility.
  • Strong booking conversion and meeting attendance rates.
  • Early identification and resolution of funnel bottlenecks.
  • Effective use of AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Why Join Us?
  • $2,200 USD/month fixed compensation.
  • Potential performance bonuses, to be discussed after the first quarter of work.
  • Fully remote opportunity from Latin America.
  • Major U.S. holidays observed, following the company's working calendar.
  • Monday–Friday schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
  • Opportunity to work with modern sales technology, CRM systems, and AI.
  • Direct impact on the growth of an innovative U.S.-based LegalTech company.

Important Notes
This position requires a combination of hands-on business development and sales operations expertise. Candidates must be comfortable directly engaging prospects while also managing CRM systems and improving workflows.
GoHighLevel experience is preferred, not mandatory. Strong experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM is acceptable.
Candidates who are uncomfortable with technology or lack practical experience using AI tools are unlikely to be a strong fit.
Performance bonuses are not guaranteed and may be discussed after the first three months.
