Taktile is run by a global team based in Berlin, London and New York City. Some of us attended top universities such as Harvard, Oxford, and Stanford and some of us have no degree at all. You'll be working with operators that scaled companies to IPO, venture capitalists, experts from traditional banking and former consultants. 
As our BDR Lead, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and building a high-performing Business Development team. You will be responsible for managing, coaching, and scaling a team of BDRs to generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline. This is a leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities, ideal for someone passionate about coaching talent, optimizing sales processes, and driving results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of BDRs: Provide hands-on mentorship to your team, helping them hit and exceed pipeline goals.

  • Drive pipeline growth: Own the team’s outbound sales targets by ensuring consistent lead generation and high-quality outreach strategies.

  • Develop sales processes: Establish scalable workflows, templates, and best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.

  • Recruit and onboard top talent: Hire, train, and onboard new BDRs to ensure their success in the role.

  • Monitor and analyze performance: Use data and analytics to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align on goals, campaigns, and handoff processes for leads.

  • Stay on top of trends: Keep up with industry best practices and emerging tools to enhance the team’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal, But Not Required

  • Experienced in sales development: You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 1–2 years managing or leading a BDR/SDR team.

  • Results-driven leader: You thrive in a metrics-driven environment, and you know how to set clear goals and inspire your team to achieve them.

  • A coach at heart: You enjoy mentoring and developing talent, and you have a proven track record of helping team members grow.

  • Strategic thinker and doer: You’re comfortable balancing high-level strategy with day-to-day execution.

  • Tech-savvy: You have hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outbound sales tools (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).

  • Collaborative communicator: You’re skilled at building relationships and working cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.
