Position Summary
Responsible for developing new business in the assigned industry, helping to achieve sales and profitability goals. Work in line with the Sales team in the execution of projects, implementation of the global business plan for the target market and collaboration with strategic movements in the country. In addition to boosting business in this sector, this position will also contribute to raising the technical level of our sales team in terms of the production process and applications for the assigned industry.
Responsabilities
- Improve security compliance and implementation of the Global Security Plan, develop SOPs for all Buckman applications with additional customer service and perform 100% of HCAS/CAS audits and implement all actions defined for the area within the agreed deadlines
- Develop new business/applications in existing customers
- Develop new business/applications in new customers
- Monitor inventory and supply of products and equipment under development
- Keep projects, sales opportunities, and business-related market information up to date
- Support NTS
- Understand customer needs and conduct research focused on challenges vs. opportunities for each customer
- Making the right choices in the product line, to meet customer needs
- Work together with internal departments to reduce costs (raw materials, logistics, etc.)
- Ensure the execution of technical training for the team related to the sector in which it operates
- Train team members in applications related to the assigned industry
- Support the team in demands that require in-depth technical knowledge and that are related to the sector in which they operate.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering (other Engineering is acceptable)
- Knowledge/Experience in the Water Treatment segment and other process as sugar and alcohol and Food and Beverage.
- Knowledge of industrial processes related to the segment
- Experience in sales or application of chemicals in the industry
- Driver's License (Category B)
- Advanced English desirable

Skills Required
- Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees are acceptable
- Knowledge or experience in water treatment, sugar and alcohol processes, and food and beverage
- Knowledge of industrial processes related to the assigned segment
- Experience in sales or chemical applications in industry
- Category B driver's license
- Portuguese and English language proficiency
- Advanced English
- Microsoft Office knowledge
