Provide customer-facing foreign currency exchange and remittance services, handle cash transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies, detect counterfeit currency, meet personal and team sales targets, perform door-to-door and off-site services as required, resolve customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain client confidentiality.

- Handling cash exchange in bank buy and bank sell in accordance under bank procedures and recording all transactions accurately and balancing by end of each day of operations.

- Provides door to door FCN and Remittance service at customers site whenever required by BDC Manager and/or BDC Supervisor.

- To up-sell foreign currency exchange and promote remittance through CIMB Bank Currency Exchange;
- Assist current and new potential customers with their banking needs;
- Attend, assist and manage customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints;
- Develop and build long-term relationship with new and existing customers through multiple approaches;
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assist off-site BDC events whenever required by BDC Manager and/or BDC Supervisor.
- Performs other tasks as requested by Management as they related to the bank and its functions.
Skills Required
- Comply with bank policies, guidelines and procedures when performing transactions.
- Experience handling cash and foreign currency exchange, including bank buy/sell transactions.
- Accurate transaction recording and daily balancing of cash operations.
- Ability to examine currency for counterfeit notes and verify customer identification.
- Provide door-to-door foreign currency and remittance services at customer locations when required.
- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to team sales and revenue goals; upsell currency exchange and remittance.
- Provide exceptional customer service; handle customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and protect bank operations.
- Assist at off-site BDC events as required by management.
