Location: Westport, CT

Keeler Toyota of Westport is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently, and is driven to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming sales internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing customer leads
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and text
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team and drive showroom traffic
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the BDC Manager and team to ensure all sales opportunities are handled efficiently
  • Complete daily follow-up and organizational tasks
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1–2 years of prior Sales or BDC experience preferred
  • Self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and success-driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with the desire to achieve both individual and team goals
