Postiion Summary:
The BDC Representative is responsible for identifying and secruing new sales leads and maintianing client relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Logging incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up- to-date knowledge of our products.
- Mainting thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our internal/external processes, especially regarding digital and internet lead sources.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensruing contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
- Reporting any customer satisfaction issues to supervisor or GSM.
- Following up with "no sale" customers as directed by management.
- Performing other duties as assigned by ownership, upper management and/or immediate supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and organization skills
- Proven experience in sales.
- Good written and verbal communicaion skills.
- Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and internet.
- Professional and personable demeanor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data , and create reports.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) in addition to minimum one-year related experience.
- Available to work weekends.
Preffered Qualifications:
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
