Responsibilities- Coach and mentor BDC team members to enhance their performance and professional development.
- Oversee daily operations of the Business Development Center, ensuring prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Analyze lead generation metrics and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to align goals and improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to dealership management.
- Proven experience in a BDC role or similar customer-focused position within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. We use Vinsolutions.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Provide monthly charts to leadership team
