Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Center (BDC) Lead, you will:
• Support and motivate the ABS (Sales Representatives) to achieve appointment, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
• Assist with daily operations including inbound/outbound calls, internet lead management, and follow-up processes
• Help implement and maintain dealership CRM procedures and best practices
• Ensure accurate customer information is entered and maintained within the CRM system
• Work closely with management to improve lead conversion, appointment show rates, and overall customer experience
• Stay informed on Audi products, dealership promotions, and current market trends
• Provide exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership growth

Qualifications:
• Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive dealership experience preferred
• Leadership experience or the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
• Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
