As a BDC Service Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments. Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.
What You’ll Do:- Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
Maintain and organize our customer database
Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
