BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly-skilled SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our dynamic core team. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in SAP EWM to provide guidance, rollout the solutions, and support our customers in their warehouse operations. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management processes, coupled with the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP EWM configurations and enhancements.
- Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP EWM processes and identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
- Should be able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, user acceptance test, Go-live and support phases
- To be part of SAP EWM rollout project and provide support for the plants, which went go live
- Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working
- Actively lead and mentor team members involved in the rollout, providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects of the SAP EWM solution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in related positions
- Strong expertise in SAP. SAP certification in EWM is a plus.
- Understanding of EWM Process Flows
- Knowledge in advanced functions of EWM (Warehouse strategies, WO, WT, HU, POSC, resource management, wave management, RF, VAS, warehouse monitor, Alerts...)
- Additional knowledge on Shipping Cockpit, DAS, EGF, MFS related areas would be an added advantage
- Integration with other Module: MM, SD, PP
- Working knowledge on EDI/ IDOC and other 3rd Party interfaces
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills
- Strong learning ability
- Availability for occasional travel as per project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
