What you'll be doing
As a BD Strategy & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving commercial growth by providing critical data insights and supporting strategic business development initiatives. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Create reporting dashboards – To track sales targets, monitor the pipeline, and measure progress against key business goals.

• Analyze sales performance – To uncover trends, identify areas for improvement, and generate actionable insights that enhance productivity.

• Develop strategic recommendations – By leveraging data to inform go-to-market strategies and optimize resource allocation for revenue growth.

• Support go-to-market planning – By analyzing market trends and contributing to the launch of new commercial initiatives.

• Manage strategic projects – By coordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and support revenue growth and scalability.

Who we're looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• 2-4 years of experience – In analytics, revenue operations, or a similar strategic role within a fast-paced digital environment.

• Strong analytical and tool proficiency – Including advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

• Proven project management skills – With experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects to successful completion.

• Fluency in Italian and English – Both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with our international teams.

• A data-driven and strategic mindset – With strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.
