• Act as the site lead for BD Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate team activities and improvement projects aligned with strategic objectives to eliminate operational losses.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year Cost to Win (CTW) portfolio and support the governance process.
• Promote and embed BD Excellence concepts and systematic improvement methodologies throughout the site.
• Build organizational capability to establish strong foundations in safety, quality, and reliability.
• Drive KPI improvement using data-driven visual management techniques.
• Actively participate in improvement governance and action tracking processes.
• Drive the management and continuous improvement of Facility & Utility infrastructure through reliability enhancement, maintenance optimization, and asset renewal planning.
