Devsinc is looking for a Coordination Intern to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will coordinate team operations, drive engagement activities, support BD initiatives, and help showcase Devsinc’s culture. This internship will be in the US Time Zone (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) and is intended to lead to a potential full-time opportunity based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development Support: Assist BD leads in preparing proposals, presentations, and performance-tracking reports.
  • Communication & Follow-ups: Maintain strong communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups across multiple channels.
  • Team Coordination: Track daily/weekly tasks for the BD department and prepare structured progress updates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between BD and other departments (Engineering, Marketing, Human Asset, Sales) to align goals.
  • Engagement & Culture: Plan and execute team activities, birthdays, cultural events, and brainstorming sessions.
  • Content & Media: Capture team moments (photos/videos) and create engaging content to share across internal and external platforms.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or prior internship experience in HR, Talent Management, Team Management, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Creativity, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in US Time Zone (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive initiatives.
  • Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn about business development processes and contribute to team success.
