About the Role

As a BD Campaigns & CRM Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global marketing and business development efforts. You’ll manage CRM data quality, support marketing campaigns, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. What You’ll Do

• Manage and enhance CRM data quality and reporting (Salesforce)

• Support marketing campaigns, newsletters, and events from end to end

• Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver seamless client communications

• Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements

• Ensure compliance with global data protection standards

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in German and English

• A degree-level education and strong analytical skills

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
