You will work cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Policy, Communications, Digital, the B2B Strategic Partnership Manager, and other local and above-market functions. In this role, you will connect market and customer insights with focused execution across both promotional and non-promotional activities. Primary Activities and Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the Vaccines brand and customer strategy, with a primary focus on HPV and vaccination coverage improvement across the Baltics.

  • Build a deep understanding of markets, customer needs, vaccination pathways, competitor strategies, and local trends, and translate insights into clear priorities and actions.

  • Use vaccination coverage, customer, market, and performance data to identify gaps, prioritize opportunities, allocate resources, and guide execution.

  • Design and deliver customer activation initiatives that help improve vaccination uptake across priority cohorts and support HPV elimination ambitions.

  • Lead cross-functional team planning and execution, ensuring clear roles, aligned priorities, disciplined follow-up, and connection with regional strategy.

  • Develop the annual plan, manage budgets and resources, and remain accountable for the timely delivery and performance of agreed strategies and tactics.

  • Partner closely with the B2B Strategic Partnership Manager to connect brand priorities, customer activation, and partnership opportunities, with clear alignment of responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other functions to ensure a coordinated approach to promotional and non-promotional field-based activities.

  • Explore, test, and scale practical digital solutions and innovative customer engagement approaches that can improve vaccination uptake and customer experience.

  • Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, healthcare organizations, and relevant stakeholders across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

  • Operate with high ethical standards and ensure all activities comply with company policies, the company code of conduct, and applicable local regulations.

Education, Background & Experience:

  • A university degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or another relevant field is preferred.

  • Experience in marketing, customer engagement, public health, healthcare ecosystems, or project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related sector. Experience in strategy consulting may also be relevant.

  • Ability to lead projects and cross-functional execution through influence in a matrix organization.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn customer, market, and vaccination coverage data into clear actions.

  • Digital confidence and curiosity to explore new tools, channels, and ways of working.

  • Experience in customer partnership, relationship building, and the use of customer insights to shape solutions and strategies.

  • Ability to work effectively across three markets and in a multicultural environment.

  • Excellent communication and networking skills in English; proficiency in a Baltic language is preferred.

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on public health by helping improve vaccination coverage across the Baltics.

  • A strategic and visible role with responsibility across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

  • A dynamic, cross-functional environment where you will collaborate with colleagues across commercial, medical, access, policy, communications, digital, and partnership teams.

  • The chance to shape and execute customer-focused initiatives in a high-priority therapy area with strong societal relevance.

  • Exposure to regional priorities, stakeholder engagement, and innovative ways of working, including digital and partnership-based approaches.
