- Provide ABA therapy and behavior support across diverse age groups
- Conduct FBAs and analyze data
- Train caregivers and supervise RBTs, ABA Specialists & practicum students
- Lead staff trainings and collaborate with families
- Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA & Missouri LBA (in good standing)
- 1+ year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong communication and data skills

Qualifications
Skills Required
- Master's in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in good standing
- Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities or psychiatric diagnoses
- Strong communication and data skills
