About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BAU Analyst to join our Business-As-Usual (BAU) team within the D365 Transformation Program. This role is critical in supporting the stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 post-implementation. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and the effective delivery of system enhancements. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to a major digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsabilities

  • Monitor, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests related to D365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, etc.).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system improvements and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to implement, test, and validate solutions in line with business needs.
  • Maintain and update BAU process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support user training, onboarding, and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance policies, and audit requirements.
  • Participate in regular BAU review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a BAU, support, or functional analyst role within ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Fluent French is mandatory; English is also required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, ConnectWise, Jira) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management is advantageous.
