The Role:
As a Bathroom Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted expert homeowners turn to for transforming their spaces. You’ll meet with pre-qualified leads, using advanced technology to craft personalized, high-quality bath designs that align with their vision. If you’re driven, tech-savvy, and have a strong background in sales, particularly in home or bath remodeling, this is the perfect opportunity to join a thriving sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging sales presentations using an iPad to showcase our innovative products
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and product knowledge
- Use intuitive software to design custom bath and kitchen solutions for clients
- Provide accurate pricing and successfully close sales on a daily basis
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive sales experience: We’re looking for candidates with a proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the home or bath remodeling industry.
- People skills: Ability to connect with clients and make them feel confident in your expertise
- Communication: Comfortable speaking in front of groups and delivering presentations
- Drive & Determination: Motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving sales targets
- Independence: Ability to manage your time effectively and excel in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
This role is 100% commission-based, meaning your earnings are tied to your performance and dedication. Fully committed team members have the potential to earn upwards of 6 figures annually.
