Job Summary

The Batching Technician II independently performs batching operations with minimal supervision while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently verify, add, and document raw materials.
• Monitor and control batching and pasteurization parameters.
• Set up, operate, and clean batching equipment per SOPs.
• Complete batch records, logs, and checks accurately.
• Identify and report deviations, safety hazards, or equipment issues.

Time-in-Role and Advancement

• Requires completion of Technician II training.
• Minimum 6 months successful experience as a Batching Technician I.

English Language Requirements

• Ability to read and follow detailed English SOPs and batch instructions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English with team members and leads.
• Ability to independently complete documentation in English.
