Job Description SummaryAs a Batch set-up Production Technologist, you are a critical member of our production organization. You will work to improve efficiency, safety, and quality of our plant operations and help us maximize value for our customers. Responsible for all products design at ST Litho. And you will use your technical skills and make decisions through the statistical process control (SPC) knowledge and practice. Responds urgently to emergencies and issues. Works and partners with operation teams (operators, technical advisors, QC, Fab, QA, production coordinator/scheduler, process engineer, etc) and/or the experts to implement best practices and drive the change of the site.Key Responsibilities

• We will closely monitor progress of product schedule and make adjustments to ensure that it proceeds smoothly.
• You will be responsible for batch design and material reservation for each process order following raw material change and/or waiver request and provide instructions to the manufacturing team to ensure that high quality products are always produced.
• Collaborate with the plant personnel to achieve business and plant specific goals.
• First-line defense to out of control of processes, lead root cause investigation and corrective/preventive actions.
• Implement and initiate changes to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Participate in plant-wide team activities and contribute to cultural changes.

Requirement

• Have basic OA skill (Excel, Word, Power point and other MS Office)
• Chemical or mechanical or analytical background is preferred
• Have basic English skill (reading/writing/speaking).
• Business level Japanese skill (reading/writing/speaking)
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills in multi-discipline and/or cross-geographic team
• Self-motivated and eager to learn new knowledge and skills
• Open minded, embrace change

Qualifications

• Respect for safety work of Product manufacturing process
• Ability to work with team spirit and being the individual contributor of team member for deliver the stiff result to the organization.
• Good communication ability and cooperativeness.
• Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001. (preferred)
• Familiarity with semiconductor industry, Process Safety and/or project management processes. (preferred)
