As the Base Operations Support Coordinator you'll become the backbone of our regional operations. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide critical support to Flight and Cabin Crew and their leadership teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple bases. 

You’ll be the first point of contact for crew queries, manage onboarding, leave, and compliance processes, and coordinate key projects that enhance efficiency and crew experience. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. 

To be successful, you’ll have:  

  • Proven experience in administration or HR support, ideally within aviation or a fast-paced operational environment.  
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and ability to interpret and apply them.  
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet strict deadlines.  
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.  
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems such as Workday (desirable).  
  • Resilience and adaptability, thriving under pressure while maintaining quality and compliance.
